I love my shampoo bars and would not go back to commercial shampoo,,,ever! I do use an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse after rinsing out the shampoo bar, then after rinsing out the ACV I use a reg. conditioner and my hair is so shiny. It did take a while for my hair to get used to a shampoo bar. I would think this shampoo would be gentle enough for colored hair. What did you use for a superfat?
